In 1999, Universal Audio again came to life with two goals in mind: recreate the classic analog recording equipment based on Bill Putnam's, the original company founded in 1958, tradition; and create new digital recording tools, which would still have the old vintage spirit. This was the only way Universal Audio trademark could have been preserved and now the brand and its products speak for themselves.
