For conferences, weddings, fitness classes and solo performers: the Yamaha Stagepas 1K MK2 stacks a 12-inch subwoofer, a ten-driver line array and a digital mixer into one carry, and the Samson Concert 88x puts a UHF handheld in the presenter's hand with up to 90 m of range. One order; plug the receiver into the mixer with an XLR cable and start.
In This Setup
-
Yamaha Stagepas 1K MK2 – 1,100 W Class-D column PA with a 12-inch subwoofer and ten 1.5-inch J-curve array drivers, digital mixer with ducking, 1-knob EQ, MODE presets and 4-band PEQ via app, Bluetooth streaming and remote control, three XLR/TRS combo inputs (Hi-Z on 2-3), stereo channel and XLR link, approx. 23 kg.
-
Samson Concert 88x Q7 Handheld Wireless System – UHF true-diversity system in the licence-free G band (863-865 MHz), CH88 handheld transmitter with Q7 dynamic capsule, up to 90 m line-of-sight range, up to 8 hours on two AA batteries, automatic frequency scan, balanced XLR and 6.35 mm receiver outputs, rackmount kit.
Why This Combination
-
Receiver into channel one: balanced XLR from the CR88x into a Stagepas combo input; ducking keeps the voice on top of music.
-
Nothing else to carry: sub, array and mixer are one stack; the wireless system fits in a laptop bag.
-
Music from the phone: Bluetooth on the Stagepas covers walk-in and break playback.
Set price includes the column PA and the wireless system; XLR cable sold separately.
