Plug it into a spare output on your mixer, connect your phone, and capture a clean stereo signal straight from the booth – no laptop, no drivers. At Soundium we see it as the simplest way for working DJs to keep a copy of every gig.

Key Features

Direct Mixer Recording: Stereo RCA input takes the record or booth output for a clean 16-bit / 48 kHz WAV file.

Automatic Level Limiting: Built-in limiter helps prevent clipping and distortion when the room gets loud.

Record and Livestream: Capture your set and stream it to YouTube, Mixcloud or Twitch at the same time.

Crowd Capture Input: 3.5 mm mic input with phantom power and a 200 Hz high-pass filter adds room atmosphere.

Plug and Play: No drivers needed – works with iOS (USB-C and Lightning) and Android USB-C devices.

Built for the Road: 90 g aluminium housing that fits in a jacket pocket or record bag.

Customer Benefits

Most DJs never hear their own sets back because recording usually means a laptop, a USB stick or a phone held up to a speaker. The EvermixBox5 removes all of that: it stays connected to the mixer, the free Evermix Pro app records or streams while the phone camera handles video, and you leave the gig with a full-quality file. Trim, EQ and normalise the mix in the app, then share it to Mixcloud, SoundCloud or YouTube, or save it to Dropbox, Google Drive or iCloud.

Quick Specs

Inputs: 2x RCA (stereo line), 1x 3.5 mm mic input with phantom power

Phone Connection: DIN port (DIN to USB-C cable included)

Power: Powered by the connected device; micro USB for charging while in use

Recording Format: WAV, 16-bit / 48 kHz

Frequency Response: 30 Hz – 20 kHz

Signal-to-Noise Ratio: 98 dB (unweighted), 93.5 dB (A-weighted)

Dimensions: 90 × 40 × 30 mm

Weight: 90 g

In the Box

EvermixBox5 audio interface

DIN to USB-C cable

RCA to RCA audio cable

Protective EVA case

Ideal For

Club and festival DJs who want a recording of every set

Livestreaming DJ sessions from home or the venue with just a phone

Vinyl DJs digitising mixes without a computer

Compatibility

Works with iPhone and iPad (USB-C, or Lightning with the optional DIN to Lightning cable) and Android devices with USB-C, using the free Evermix Pro app for iOS and Android.

Pros and Cons

✅ Pros:

Laptop-free recording and streaming straight from the mixer

Tiny, solid aluminium build with protective case

Automatic limiting keeps recordings clean

Crowd mic input for a live-room feel

⚠️ Cons:

Needs a free record, booth or second master output on the mixer

No headphone output or audio pass-through

Uses a proprietary DIN cable; Lightning cable sold separately

If you play out regularly, the EvermixBox5 is the small box that makes sure no good set disappears.
